Deheading and gutting group

Machines designed for continuous de-heading and removing tails and gutting sardines or similar species.


Once the fish is located in the buckets designed and patented by Hermasa, the machine cuts off the fish head and tail using blades, the fish is gutted with a vacuum pump suction system and washed. Fish positioning system to increase the yield.
