Fitted with grease exit with water spray heads to collect the cooking grease for recycling.

Hydraulic unit with hydraulic cylinder for opening the cover.

Automatic water/brine temperature control with sensor and set-point temperature selector.

Energy-efficient machine:

  • Fitted with closed serpentine and purger for condensate recovery.
  • Automatic temperature control and modulated steam entrance valves
  • Fitted with cover to prevent energy loss.

Constructed in AISI-316 stainless steel.
